Hello! I am the Director of Clean Industry Research with The 2035 Initiative at UC Santa Barbara. My work centers on clean energy policy analysis and advocacy, with a focus on industrial electrification.
Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Scholar with The 2035 Initiative and a Ph.D. student in Political Science at UC San Diego. My dissertation looked at how the incentives of private sector actors affect climate politics, and vice versa.
If I'm not working, I can probably be found cooking, reading a novel, or watching the Phoenix Suns underachieve.
